So glad I found this pan and Terra Allegra

This is a great pan for cooking on top of the stove and in the oven. I used it to make Easter dinner for a crowd--a brazed chicken with Mediterrannean herbs and spices. I got many requests for seconds and thumbs up from everyone. It was a little expensive as I live in Canada and shipping is always pricey, but Terra Allegra was very helpful and it was worth every dollar. Will undoubtedly be back for more.

nice large saucepan, cooks evenly, the handle is big enough to lift full pan with one hand in mitt.

the cheap diffuser did not work well for me as it flaked and disintegrated on high temps .
